Job Description :-

Work closely with the engineering and infrastructure team to help build Unix expertise
Define and implement verification and validation practices, standards and processes in the Unix environments.
Leverage existing processes and tools while identifying and improving gaps to the EDI application.
Maintain operations, gather metrics, monitor systems and troubleshoot problems to ensure the integrity of production systems

Matrix :-

5+ years of aix system administration experience including
strong troubleshooting and support skills
support experience on multiple versions of AIX
understanding of IBM support processes both hardware and software
strong knowledge of the aix operating system
knowledge of interoperability concepts
previous experience in a “ticketed” incident based environment a plus
understanding of storage, network as it relates to system connectivity/workability
support experience of an IBM Data Warehouse a plus
SAN storage connectivity/interoperability experience
Experience in a large environment with quality teamwork a requirement
Quality communication skills, both written and verbal
