Our Client's Power Systems division is looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer (CSE) reporting to the Director of Engineering.
This position has technical responsibilities and significant contact with end use customers, so you must be responsible for troubleshooting gas turbine system problems (control, mechanical, and electrical) in the field.
Possess the ability to drive problems to conclusion with a sense of urgency.
You will be responsible for all technical issues associated with our industrial gas turbine product line.
Provide input to improve new product design, based on field experience and customer input Make presentations to Customers and management, and coordinate field and failure investigations. Present major issues and solutions to internal & external customers and/or program management teams at various high-level meetings including the annual FT8 World Conference. Develop new, and improve existing fault isolation/troubleshooting procedures for FT8 Fleet.
BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required.
Minimum of six (6) years of gas turbine engineering or power plant experience is required.
Experience in industrial gas turbines and a background in engineering techniques is required.
